Jerico Products, Inc. has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to conduct sand mining operations of up to 150,000 cubic yards annually between 2013 and 2023 within the 367-acre submerged lands Middle Ground private lease area in Suisun Bay.
