The California Department of Transportation has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Regional General Permit to rehabilitate or replace 76 deteriorated culverts and install standard drainage inlet and outlet structures located in Mendocino County along State Routes (SR) 128 and 253.
