The applicant has applied for a Department of the Army Permit to dredge a maximum of 252,000 cubic yards (cys) from the Crescent City Outer Harbor and dispose the material at the Humboldt Open Ocean Disposal Site (HOODS). Crescent City Harbor is located in Crescent City, Del Norte County, California. HOODS is located approximately 65 miles south of Crescent City in the Pacific Ocean.
