The applicant has applied for a Department of the Army authorization to establish the North Bay Conservation and Mitigation Bank in unincorporated Marin County, California. The Bank will focus on the restoration, establishment, enhancement, and preservation of wetland, stream and riparian habitats and federally listed wildlife and plant species as well as sensitive upland habitats.
