The National Marine Fisheries Service has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Regional General Permit (RGP) to conduct work within Waters of the United States related to eelgrass (Zostera marina) restoration, rehabilitation, and expansion within San Francisco Bay.
