The Monterey County Resource Management Agency (MCRMA) has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to implement an interim plan for management of lagoon water levels to prepare for winter and spring flooding conditions in the Carmel River Lagoon in Monterey County, California.
