Presidio RL Lucas Valley, LLC, has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to discharge fill material into jurisdictional waters of the United States associated with the construction of a residential subdivision, located in unincorporated central eastern Marin County, California.  The project site is located on a currently undeveloped parcel just to the west of State Highway 101, immediately north of Lucas Valley Road, east of Las Gallinas Avenue at Erin Court, and south of Miller Creek, in unincorporated area of Marinwood in Marin County, California
