The City of Sunnyvale has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to discharge fill material into jurisdictional waters of the United States associated with the construction of a new primary treatment facility at the Sunnyvale Water Pollution Control Plant in the City of Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, California.
