Emery Cove Marina Condominium Association, Inc., (ECMCA) has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to perform maintenance dredging and knock downs at the ECMCA Yacht Harbor located in Emeryville, Alameda County, California over the next ten years. The purpose of the proposed dredging is to return the ECMCA Yacht Harbor to its originally permitted depth to allow safe navigational depths for recreational boats. The applicant proposes to dispose of the dredge sediment at the Alcatraz Disposal Site (SF-11).
