The City of Palo Alto has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to discharge fill material into jurisdictional waters of the United States associated with the reconfiguration of the Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course, located at 1875 Embarcadero Road, in the northern part of the City of Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California.
