Santa Clara Valley Water District, has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Permit to discharge fill material into jurisdictional waters of the United States associated with construction of flood protection features in the Upper Llagas Creek Watershed in Southern Santa Clara County.
