The San Jose Water Company has applied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, for a Department of the Army Regional General Permit to implement the Los Gatos Creek Watershed Maintenance Program, a long-term and ongoing SJWC program directed to identify and improve facility maintenance and land management in the upper Los Gatos Creek Watershed, located in unincorporated Santa Clara County, California.
