U.S. Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco District Commander Lt. Col. Timothy Shebesta and City of South San Francisco City Manager Sharon Ranals sign a project partnership agreement March 4 kicking off a critical coastal storm risk management project along the Lower Colma Creek Area. The project consists of the design and construction of flood walls at the South San Francisco-San Bruno Water Quality Control Plant and Pump Station #4.
