Regional General Permits (RGPs), after opportunity for public comment, authorize recurring activities at a regional level (within a certain geographical area) that do not have more than minimal impacts either individually or cumulatively on the aquatic environment. Some RGPs that we have issued are listed below. This is not a complete list of all the Regional General Permits in the San Francisco District. As a RGP is issued it will be added to this list.
