To manage and direct the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Employment Programs of the San Francisco District.
- Advise District leadership to ensure equal opportunity in all aspects of employment.
- Implement programs designed to attain a workforce at all grade levels and occupational categories that is representative of the appropriate civilian labor force.
- Administer the program for processing informal and formal complaints of discrimination.
- Disseminate EEO program information to assure understanding by management and all employees.
