    PUBLIC NOTICE – PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Public Comment for Section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020, Definition of Economically Disadvantaged Community

    Public Comment Period: 03 June 2022 to 02 August 2022 In accordance with Section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2020 the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works is conducting a 60-day public comment period to gather public comments on the definition of the term “economically disadvantaged community” and other terms listed below.     Corps seeks public comments for SF Waterfront Flood Resiliency Study

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) San Francisco District is preparing a feasibility study to evaluate coastal storm and flood risk management alternatives along 7.5 miles of the San Francisco Waterfront. USACE is currently accepting public comments regarding the study. Comments, including any suggested alternatives, information and analyses for our consideration are requested by Oct. 21, 2020.
